Alcatel launches the 6 inch A3 XL for under $200

When I saw this phone at CES in January I never imagined it would be priced at just $199 – the Alcatel A3 XL is a huge screen (6 inch) smartphone with a good look and impressive specs.

Here’s a smartphone with fingerprint technology at under $200, 4G speeds, Android N and a 3,000mAh battery. And it’s essentially $1000 less than the big brand phones.

Alcatel have revamped their lineup for 2017 with new naming conventions and the A3 XL is the first to hit the market.

As well as design there are some cool software and hardware tweaks too – simple things like the camera with fun face features, and a dual flash camera making it perfect for selfies.
