We all know Red Bull don’t do things by halves, so when they were announced as the new title sponsor of the Triple Eight race team following the withdrawal of Vodafone late last year, there was immediate anticipation of how they might shake things up in V8 world. Their first appearance does raise more questions than it answers.

A 30 second teaser video has been launched on a new “RedBullRacingAU” YouTube channel, titled “Landing soon” the video depicts six men walking through a dark tunnel covered in dirt and dust as if heading home from a hard day’s work.
It has a little more than a hint of “bogan” about it, and also features a couple of cameo performances by the team’s main drivers.
Craig Lowndes on the far left of screen, and Jamie Whincup in a nice wig on the right.
Other than causing a stir, we’re not quite sure what this is leading too, but it certainly has us intrigued!
