Sure there are plenty of phones at low prices, you can get smartphones for $79 or so, but just how good would that be? Kogan is a company that likes to challenge that perception and their latest smartphone will do just that.

Without even reviewing it, I can tell you that no, the camera won’t be as good as the iPhone or latest Samsung. No, it won’t be as fast or have as snappy performance as those phones either.

But for $179, will it take great pics, allow you to share them on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or email?

Will it get you online and allow you to surf the web, online shopping, send and receive emails? Bloody oath.

You see not everyone needs a $1,000 phone. Not everyone can afford a $1,000 phone, or the monthly payments required to get one on a plan.
