It’s the Friday afternoon before the Australia Day long weekend. Time for a refreshing, Australian-themed cocktail. This week, the Aussie Aussie Aussie Spiced Tea.
Ingredients
• 30ml Bacardi OakHeart
• 30ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
• 90ml Cold mango tea
• One half fresh lime squeezed
• 3-4 Pineapple chunks
• 15ml Elderflower syrup
Tools
• Jigger
• Tall Glass
• Shaker
• Hawthorn Strainer
Method
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker ¾ filled with ice. Shake hard and strain into a tall glass. Top glass with ice and stir. Garnish with a slice of lime, plump mint sprig optional.
