Lego’s Architecture series is designed to celebrate the real world’s brick building marvels, showcasing some of the most amazing creations of human building design. And as of tomorrow, the series is coming to Australia, adding the iconic Sydney Opera House to the collection.

The cultural icon designed by Danish architect Jorn Ulzon is the 12th building to be added to the Architecture series, joining places like The Brandenburg Gate, The White House, The Empire State Building and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

The Sydney Opera House release will consist of 270 pieces and will recreate Ulzon’s sail design in brick form. It will be joined by London’s Big Ben and South Korea’s Namdaemun Gate as the only Architecture series releases this year.

Launching tomorrow, the Lego set will cost $60 and will be available from David Jones, Myer or the Opera House itself, as well as Lego’s online store.
