If you bought a Kinect and have lamented the lack of proper Australian voice controls over the past 12 months, get ready to update – Microsoft has confirmed it will be rolling out its next big update on December 6.

The update also introduces cloud game saves, Facebook sharing, and extra entertainment options like YouTube, although the ABC iView and SBS On Demand features will launch later in the summer.
