Possibly the most important article we will write all year – the Tooheys Extra Dry ad has to be the best ad for the man in 2011.
Whether it’s the still insanely good Prodigy song, “Breathe”, the zombie stag idea or the amazing camera work, this ad is just plain good. It continues the tradition of good ads from beer giants, following on from that odd walking tongue and the dude that grows his crops be watering them with Tooheys. Still doesn’t make me want to drink Tooheys though. Guess that’s what you call a lost cause. Regardless, it’s totally worth having another look.
